We offer a 14-day refund policy for our Dynamic Product PrestaShop plugin. If you are not satisfied with our product, you can request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@cartaprod.com with your order details. We may ask for feedback to help us improve our product.
Refunds are not available for renewals or if the product was purchased through a third-party marketplace that has its own refund policy.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
